Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to get your order to you — nothing more.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, contact information, delivery address and payment confirmation. Payment card details are handled by our secure payment provider and are never stored by Nomad AC.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver your order, provide support, and — only if you've asked us to — keep you up to date about Nomad AC.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary information with our courier and payment providers to complete your order. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
This policy is aligned with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, via the contact page.
