Terms of Service

By placing an order on nomadac.co.za, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. The order is accepted — and the agreement formed — when we confirm dispatch and payment has gone through.

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay, plus any delivery fee shown before you confirm payment.

We describe our products accurately and publish only confirmed specifications. Product imagery is representative of the actual product.

Delivery estimates (2–4 working days nationwide) are best efforts, not guarantees. Courier delays outside our control don't entitle you to a cancellation or refund of an already-dispatched, undamaged order — but we'll always help you track it down.

Nomad AC is a personal airflow device for comfort in warm conditions. It is not a medical device and makes no health claims. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
