Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched with a standard nationwide courier and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Delivery to outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery is free on orders over R800. For orders under R800, the standard courier rate is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are never surprise charges.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your Nomad AC from our door to yours.

If anything about your delivery doesn't look right, reach us via the contact page and we'll sort it out.
